How To Resolve Printing Two Blank Pages when a Custom Pick List Report is Printed from a Document Set? (Doc ID 2878523.1)

How can one resolve the issue with printing 2 blank pages when a custom pick list report is printed from a document set?
All works fine when it is printed manually.

One has verified the setup per <Document 1386640.1> - Custom Report Pick Slip Report Does Not Get Printed When Added To The Seeded Pick Release Document Set.
Verified that the "print" box is checked.
To Check the print box in the setup for the concurrent program(s)
  1. Login as System Administrator responsibility.
  2. Navigate to Concurrent > Programs> Define
  3. Query for the report
  4. Check the "print" box in the Output area of the form.
  5. Save.
      Note: The "Printer" field can be left blank.
