Preventive Maintenance Schedule Not Editable On Active Contract. (Doc ID 2878696.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Service Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While using Service Contract scheduling functionality (under coverage template) to schedule Preventive Maintenance jobs. The schedule is not editable on active contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Schedule should be editable on active contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created a new contract for one year
2. Defined PM schedules - 12 schedules / 1 Month
3. Created a Service Request for 1st schedule.
4. SR is created. Incident is available in CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B table.
5. Open the contract for update
6. Go to Preventive Maintenance schedules, could not edit schedule, field is read-only.
