Error "FRM-40202: Field must be entered" Pops Up in a Loop on Recipe Details Form After Leaving Field Blank

Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Product Development Recipes
When creating a new recipe, leaving a required field such as Version or Description blank, after entering a Routing number and hitting the Tab key,
the following error pops up. When you click OK, the message pops up again and you are stuck in a loop and have to kill the entire application.

FRM-40202: Field must be entered
If you don't enter a routing and just click Save, the message only appears at the bottom of the screen, not in a pop-up box, and you can enter a value in the required field and save.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new recipe (Formulator > Recipes), leaving Description or Version blank.
2. Enter data in the Formula, Version, and Routing fields and Tab out of the Routing field
3. Error pops up. Click OK, error pops up again.
