Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, RetroPay Issue

When attempting to Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PAY-06881: Error ORA-04063: package body "APPS.PAY_RETRO_UTILS_PKG" has errors
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ARCHIVE", line 1234
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.PAY_RETRO_UTILS_PKG"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from from R12.1.3 to R12.2.
2. Login to HK HRMS Manager Responsibility
3. View > Submit Request > Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF
