On : 12.2.9 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations
We have sales order with multiple lines when we tried to split the line, it is giving us errors.
ERROR

Unit List Price is required on a booked order line.
<item name> and EA not on <price list name>
OE_BOOK_REQD_LINE_ATTRUIBUTE (ATTRIBUTE=Price List)
ORA-01086: savepoint 'PROCESS_ORDER' never established in this session or is invalid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as order management responsibility
2. Open sales order form
3. Query the order, select the line
4. Actions >Split line
