MWA Dispatcher Goes Down Frequently ,See Broken Pipe Errors In dispatcher.log, system.log (Doc ID 2879130.1)

Symptoms

MWA dispatcher goes down very frequently. This shows broken pipe errors in log files.

Error
------
(Thread-272401) PH: caught IOException
java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed)
at java.net.SocketOutputStream.socketWrite0(Native Method)

Steps to replicate the issue
1. Start MWA servers, dispatcher
2. Start Load Balancer
3.  Monitor user connections for some time.

-- See that user connections keep dropping and dispatcher goes down.
-- MWA debug logs show the above 'Broken pipe' errors.
