After Upgrade to R12.2.11 Many List of values (LOV) in AR Module are Showing Duplicate Records (Doc ID 2879172.1)

Symptoms

When entering miscellaneous receipt and clicking on Activity LOV in Receipt form multiple duplicate records appear.

Multiple duplicate records also appear in Transaction Type LOV in Transactions form.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Receipts > Receipts

  1. Enter Miscellaneous Receipt information
  2. Click Activity LOV

 

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Enter Transaction information
  2. Click Transaction Type LOV

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.11
