On : 12.2.10 version, Shipping Transactions form
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Resolve Shipping Exceptions form is not showing existing open/closed exceptions tied to container/LPN.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to pull all exceptions from Resolve Shipping Exceptions
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management super user
2. Shipping >shipping transaction form
3. Query existing container that has a shipping exception
4.Select the line that has the exception and use Tools-> Resolve Exceptions form to review the exception
5.Exception screen shows no open/closed exceptions.
