 Reversal Withholding Tax Line is Generated On Standard Invoice When a Prepayment is Applied 

 Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Goto Payables responsibility-->Invoice workbench.
  2. Create a Invoice.
  3. Apply Prepayment.
