When attempting to run Payables Period Close Analyzer, this is giving error when the user is selection Operating Unit parameter:

Error in main at step 15: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Payables Manager
2. (N) Other > Request > Run
2. Run Payables Period Close Analyzer
2. When click on the Operating Unit List of values, the error mentioned above occurs.

Changes

 Setup Operating Unit with more than 30 characters
