EBS R12: Opening Delivery Options For Second Time On Scheduled Concurrent Request set Shows Empty Fields (Doc ID 2880129.1)

Symptoms

On EBS: 12.2.8 version, SRS Form (FNDRSRUN)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when trying to view the Email details for the scheduled request set on second time, the screen shows empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email details to be visible for the request set whenever it is viewed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS Applications
2. Navigate to System Administrator – View - Requests - Find
3. Click button View Details. for any of the scheduled request set
4. Click button Delivery Opts and move to Email tab
5. Now click button OK and once again navigate to Delivery Opts
6. Click on tab Email. Notice that fields are empty when opening this screen for the second time.
