Symptoms

Using Contract Lifecycle Management, when updating an Award, and choose Action of Edit CAR, an error occurs

Application: FND, Message Name: FND_NO_DATABASE_CONNECTION

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module.
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center -> Awards and query up an Award to edit
3. Click drop down list for Actions, and choose Edit CAR
4. Click GO and error occurs
