Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, ECC Lease and Finance Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ECC Lease Management- Contract Revision history not showing correct amounts, the amounts are displayed with junk characters

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is the correctly formatted amount should be displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lease Command Center (R) -> Revision Management
2. Revision History table -> Click on Before Revision / After Revision icon
3. Generate snapshot -> Run (B)-> the report amounts are displayed with junk characters
