Sales Order Shipped and Closed. Interfaced to Order Management but Inventory Interface is failing. It appears Warehouse is Null for the delivery.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Shipping Execution Responsibility
2. Run Interface Trip Stop SRS program for problematic delivery.
3. Open the log file of ITS and check. Error occurs.
