Symptoms
When attempting to run ECC full Load the Order Management Command Center Returns Data Load fails ,
the following error occurs.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Run the Enterprise Command Center full Load for Order Management.
4. Order Management Command Center Returns Data Load program ends in error and error is seen in the Log file.
