Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Workflow Directory Service (users and responsibilities)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issue where the WF_ROLE record is missing for a particular user.

Client has an issue where the WF_ROLE record is missing for a particular user which is causing issue in purchasing

Client applied the below step and the WF_ROLE record is created without issue in a clone of Production

1. Login as System Administrator
2. Query user
3. Remove values from person name and email address
4. Save the changes
5. Re-Query user
6. Re-add the data in the person name and email address region for the approver
7. Save the changes

WF_ROLE record is created in cloned environment

However the same steps do not recreate WF_ROLE record when performed directly in Production

Need assistance in correcting the user setup in production

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The WF_ROLE should be present for the user
