ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After running INLMUSLC Mass Close of Shipment Lines concurrent program
A user has used the Mass Close of Shipment Lines concurrent program and closed all the shipments now it not possible to match receipt lines on freight and miscellaneous matching screen.
Need a data fix to reverse CLOSED_FOR_MATCHING_FLAG for those shipment lines where the shipment header PENDING_MATCHING_FLAG is 'Y'
