Symptoms

The Misc Trans Cost Account Function Transactions are not displayed in the Assign Rules form. '

Reproduction Steps:

1. Navigation: > Projects responsibility > Setup > AutoAccounting > Assign Rules.
2. In the Assign Rules screen, enter Name = Misc Trans Cost Account and Operating Unit = <Operating Unit>. Click the Find button.
3. The Function Transactions section does not display any records.
