Symptoms
Service Request and Task Statuses are not getting updated on the server after syncing from the Mobile Field Service client.
STEPS
-----------------------
1 Create a Service Request on the Server with SR Status and Task Status populated.
2 Sync to MFS and Verified SR Status and Task Status are correct.
3 Change the Task Status in MFS and add a debrief install and return to the task
4 MFS Sync Completed normally
5 EBS Processes Uploaded Mobile Data Process Completed normally
6 The Service Request and Task Statuses are not changed on the Server. The original values are unchanged.

Changes
Apply patch 34058146:R12.CSM.C or any patch with file csmudbhb.pls version120.5.12020000.13.
