ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On a price list line when adding a pricing attribute, application gives empty LOV pop-up window and user needs to press Ok button to navigate out of the LOV window only then the pricing attribute record gets saved. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On adding a new pricing attribute for a price list line, empty LOV pop-up should not appear in the application

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle applications, Navigate to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility
2. Under menu Price List > Open the Price List Setup form
3. Query a price list and on a given price list line , click on Pricing Attribute button. 
4. Add a price attribute Example add Pricing_Attribute1 with "=" operator and provide an input in "Value From" field
5. Click on save and then for the "Value From" field a LOV window opens up which does not have any value
6. Press ok and then record gets saved.
