ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

B2B Sales Order creating reservation with zero quantity with PO SUPPLY.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
B2B Sales Order should not create reservation with zero quantity.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OM (R)
2.Create Sales Order for B2B item.
3.Book Sales Order.
4.Order Line status is now "Supply Eligible"
5.Progress the order lines. Line status changed to External Req Requested
6.Performed Pick Release with Auto Allocate as Yes.
7.Line status changed to "Staged/Pick Confirmed" and Next Step to "Ship Confirm/Close Trip Stop".
8.Ship Confirm the Order. Line Status is now Interfaced
9.Ran Requisition Import program and completed successfully
10. Requisition created for 0 Qty.
