On : 12.2.10 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 When user access Invoice summary page(html) from Purchas order page(html) system fails sort invoice by descending order despite the personalization enabled descending at site level.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to sort invoice by descending order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing Responsibility(html)
2. Orders--> View Invoices
