Symptoms

 
SOE (Statement of Earnings) Report is not showing newly created element entry

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Total compensation > Basic > Element description and
   Create a new Voluntary Deduction element with some custom input values and uncheck  seeded "Pay Value" input value to be entered by user
3. Total compensation > Basic > Link : Create element link
4. Fast Path > Element Entries > add the new element to one employee with an amount
5. People > Enter and Maintain > Assignment > Others > QuickPay > Run Quickpay for the employee
6. Click on SOE button
7. The new element is not present in Deduction section
