Symptoms

Package IGT_REQUESTS_PKG is invalid after applying patch 33199457:R12.PO.D, and the following occurs while trying to recompile.

ERROR

[Error] ORA-00913 (284: 3): PL/SQL: ORA-00913: too many values


STEPS
 
1. Apply patch 33199457:R12.PO.D using ADOP.
2. Recompile package IGT_REQUESTS_PKG.
