ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that Billing Group enabler is not being called during revision of the billing group.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the enabler to be called.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, navigate to operations >> Billing Group.
2. Create billing group and activate it.
3. Add Client specific validations in Billing Group Client Extension OKL_BILL_GROUP_CLIENT_EXTN. In this Case, validation is put in place on Print Lead Days field to only able to enter 25, 30 & 45 days.
4. Navigate to Billing group and click on Revise and change Print Lead Days from 25 to 50.
5. During Revision process, Client Extension is not being called to validate Print Lead Days.
