Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, G-Invoicing

G-invoicing- Seller Facilitated Orders are failing with an error while importing from G-invoicing

Seller Facilitated Orders are failing with an error while importing from G-invoicing
Customer is using custom HOOK for the PO Numbering (purchasing Option for PO Number is set to Manual)

ERROR

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PO"."PO_HEADERS_DRAFT_ALL"."SEGMENT1") Error encountered while autocreating IGT Order or Modification.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PO"."PO_HEADERS_DRAFT_ALL"."SEGMENT1") Error encountered while fetching header information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run 'Intragovernmental Orders Interface Program' with below parameters

Parameter: AGENCY_TYPE value: REQUESTING_AGENCY
Parameter: REQUEST_MODE value: PULL
Parameter: REQUEST_TYPE value: GET_ORDER_BY_ID
Parameter: ORG_ID value: XX
Parameter: AGENCY_LOCATION_CODE value: XXXXXX
Parameter: DOCUMENT_NUMBER value: XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX

2. On 'IGT Order processing status' page
  get below error for IGT Document number XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX
  
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PO"."PO_HEADERS_DRAFT_ALL"."SEGMENT1") Error encountered while autocreating IGT Order or Modification.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PO"."PO_HEADERS_DRAFT_ALL"."SEGMENT1") Error encountered while fetching header information.
