Interface Service Cost To Projects is failing with following error:

Not Able To Fetch The Person ID
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Open Service Request form and create a new service request and a task.
3. Assign the task to a resource.
4. Create debrief lines for the task
5. Complete the task so that the charge lines are generated.
6. Update the charge lines from Service Request form/ Charges tab (e.g. enter a value in the PO Number field), then submit the line.
7. Run the program Interface Service Cost to Projects providing the service request number as parameter.
