ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When searching for contract numbers using the Non-Catalog Request page's Search and Select: Contract Number popup page, no results are returned.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When searching for contract numbers using the Non-Catalog Request page's Search and Select: Contract Number popup page, a list of contracts is returned.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement.
2. Initiate a non-catalog request.
3. Search for a contract number.


Changes

After implementing Spot Buyer (ER), the intended functionality is to set the item type null by default.
