iAsset Workflow Notification Action History Not Showing Correct Data (Doc ID 2886535.1)

Symptoms

 In the Notification for the Transfer Request approval , in the Action History section the following issues exist:

1. The "TO" column shows Name as "workflow System".
the 'To' region has 'Workflow System' as the notification recipient rather than the actual name of the recipient.
2. the same approver name (final approver name ) is displayed instead of the actual approvers name.
3. the header status remains as pending even after final approval, by looking at a notification it is impossible to say if it has been finally approved or if more approvals are required.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. iAsset responsibility > create the Transfer Request > submit the Transfer Request for approval

2. Approval Notification sent to the correct approvers > Transfer Request is finally approved

3. on the Notification - Action History section incorrect data related to approval history are displayed (as explained above)
