GOSI Calculations Are Wrong When Payroll Is Run From Custom Responsibility (Doc ID 2886572.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run payroll from Custom Responsibility GOSI is not getting calculated correctly.

However, when the same employee is processed for the seeded/ full access responsibility, generating run results as expected.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log into or create Custom HRMS Manager responsibility which has Restricted access to employees.


2. Navigate to People > Enter & Maintain > Assignment > query for employee > Others > QuickPay > Start Run
   or
   Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Payroll Run > Submit


3. Check QuickPay/Payroll Results > Wrong GOSI calculations are generated
