On : 12.2.10 version, Service Authoring
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Users can access Contracts followup form from the contract authoring form Manage menu(Manage--> Follow Up) from 12.2.10 onwards.
Notice that the follow up form is rendered in edit mode for an active contract even if there are no prior follow up details entered for this contract.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
In Active status only existing details should be editable but not add new follow up details for the contract.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to service contracts manager responsibility
2) Query for an active contract and go to Manage --> Follow up
3) Notice the form is rendered in editable mode even if there are no followup details captured in the early stages of the contract.
