Symptoms
When attempting to return a quantity which has more than 9 decimals as a return line
the following error occurs.
ERROR
The number of decimals exceeds the maximum precision (9 decimals). Please correct the value so that it contains no more than 9 decimal digits.
STEPS
- Order Management Super User responsibility
- Navigate to Sales Order form
- Create an order with a quantity (qty) of 1,2345678912345.
- Order is successfully booked and invoiced.
- Create Return Material Authorization (RMA) for the same qty of 1,2345678912345 and user receive error.
The number of decimals exceeds the maximum precision (9 decimals). Please correct the value so that it contains no more than 9 decimal digits.
