Goal

Strategies are stuck with error "IEX_SEND_FAILED_NO_EMAIL",  and are not moving to the next work item.  This is due to some Customer Dunning Contact missing their corresponding email setting.
1. Is there a profile option to skip the dunning email?  
2. How to move to the next work item?
