ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that the HTML Debrief page is not showing the error messages for the debrief lines.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------
1. Log in with Fiels Service Manager responsibility.
2. Create a service request and a task.
3. Create a debrief line for the task that would error.
4. Submit the debrief line.
5. Check the debrief error from HTML Debrief page.
