Symptoms
In Buyer Work Center (BWC) in case of requisitions, when pressing on the Approval Status link to check the action history, following error/warning occurs:
Error
This document is either incomplete or you do not have access to it or there is no action history.
Cause: You have tried to access a document that either
1) is incomplete or
2) is unavailable to you or
3. there is no action history as this document may have been imported as Approved from an External system.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Purchasing Responsibility > Buyer Work Center > Requisitions
2. Press on Requisition tab > Summary
3. Search for an approved requisition > click on Approved link
4. Error occurs
