Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release Process
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Component pick release does not create bulk picking tasks for some items.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expectation is for all items to be created as bulk task.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to WIP > Discrete > Component Pick Release > Component Pick Release (Form), then while picking you also specify the Pick Slip Grouping Rule as "Bulk Picking", and press the "Release" Button.
