OTL: Timecard Audit Trail Report Showing SYSADMIN As The "action By" On Approvals Instead Of Actual Approver (Doc ID 2888089.1)

 Problem Statement:

 The OTL Timecard Audit Trail Report is showing SYSADMIN as the "action by" on approvals instead of the actual person who approved the employee time.

 The issue occurs when the timecards are approved via email only.

 When the approval is done via the regular notifications within the application, the report shows the correct user under "action by" column.

 However, when approved via email, the action by column shows SYSADMIN as the approver.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with Self Service Time Responsibility
2. Create a timecard and submit for approval.
3. The approver receives notification via e-mail and approves the timecard via e-mail.
4. Login as OTL Administrator and run the OTL:Timecard Audit Trail Report
5. The action by on the approval transaction shows SYSADMIN
