QPXPRLST .fmb - Price List Setup Form
Shortname: QPXPRLST

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new price list header record,
the following error occurs.

The price list setup form shows error:
This name is already in use. Please choose another name.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Price Lists > Price List Setup
3. Enter a new price list header record and save.
