Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Submit concurrent request form hangs after applying Patches.
STEPS
-----------
1. Login to EBS Applications.
2. Navigate to specific Responsibility and open up Submit Request forms
3. select any program to run and hit the submit button and it will raise a popup message saying "Caution" This request will be submitted with default or preexisting values for request parameters, completion options and report language.
4. Press OK to proceed with the request submission or press cancel to change default request parameter values, to specify completion option or to specify report language.
5. Hit OK and the forms freeze. Then only option is to force kill the forms session.

Applied AD and TXK delta 13 along with other pre and post request patches
