Symptoms
When trying to create a project from a template in the Projects form the following error is encountered in the form after entering the quick entry fields:
API: PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB.COPY_STRUCTURE SQL ERROR
MESSAGE: ORA-6508: PL/SQL: COULD NOT FIND PROGRAM UNIT
BEING CALLED
Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Projects.
2. Query an existing project template and click 'Find'.
3. Click 'Copy To' and enter in the required fields in the Quick Entry.
4. Click 'OK' and the error appears.
