PAXPREPR: Cannot Create Project FND_AS_UNEXPECTED_ERROR (Doc ID 2888733.1)

When trying to create a project from a template in the Projects form (PAXPREPR) the following error is encountered in the form:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Projects.

2. Query an existing project template and click 'Find'.

3. Click 'Copy To' and enter in the required fields in the Quick Entry.

4. Click 'OK' and the error appears.
