Cash Management Payroll Reconciled Lines Status Is in Error (Doc ID 2888838.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to Reconcile payroll lines using Cash Management Responsibility, the reconciled lines status is showing in error in "View Reconciled Transaction" form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Cash Management Responsibility
2. Navigate to View > Available Transactions > select Payroll EFT
3. Go to Bank tab > search for Account Number
4. Go to Transaction tab > search for transaction number > Find
5. Go to Reconciled button > check the Status = 'Error'
