Symptoms

Scenario1

Guest Response to Workflow Notification approval via email for PO/Iexpense throws error

"You have encountered an unexpected error"

Steps to reproduce

1.Guest access to notification is enabled.
2.When user clicks on 'Click Here to Respond', the notification screen opens.
3.User clicks on 'Approve' and the following error occurs:

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance".

At this time, notification (and PO) is approved but the error is confusing.

If system profile 'FND: Diagnostics' is set at site level (or user level),the error doesn't show up.

Basically the error is misleading which disappears if system profile 'FND;Diagnostics' is set

Scenario 2

With WF: GUEST Access to Notification profile option enabled,When users click on "click here to respond" link ,users try to acknowledge and they get the below exception.
