Symptoms
Using CLM, while running PDS Inbound using PDS file, contains DUNS_4_NUM,DUNS_NUM and CAGE_CODE in the file. This was verified at the supplier level. It has DUNS_4_NUM-0035484897855,DUNS_NUM-003548489 and CAGE_CODE -3CLK6
It's erring out for invalid DunsNumber/CageCode

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module.
2. Create PDS file
3. Run PDS Inbound using PDS file
4. It is erroring out
