How to Migrate 'Admin Privileges' defined for an RBAC Role using 'User Management - Security Wizard'

We defined some 'Admin Privileges' using the 'User Management : Security Administration Setup' Security Wizard. for a specific RBAC Role.
The steps are as bellow:
( R ) User Management   (N) Roles and Role Inheritance
1.  Query the Role (Org IT Admin – Restricted).
2.  Click on the Update icon against the role in the search results section to open the Update Role page.
3.  From the Update Role page, click the Security Wizards button.
3.  Click the Run Wizard icon for “User Management: Security Administration Setup”.
4.  On the 'Delegated User Administration ' page complete configurations/setup in the following Tabs:
  User Administration
  Organization Administration
  Role Administration

5.  Then we tried pulling the above RBAC Role setups to migrate into another instance using the following syntax:
FNDLOAD <username/pwd@sid> 0 Y DOWNLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afrole.lct UMX_XXXX_USER_ADMIN_RESTRICTED_OOX.ldt WF_ROLE ORIG_SYSTEM=UMX|XXXX_USER_ADMIN_RESTRICTED_OOX

But noticed that the LDT file created is not having all the setups we did in the source instance.

The User Administration permissions 'User Administration' (tab) , the 'Organization Administration' (tab) and  'Role Administration' privileges are not pulled in to the extracted LTD file.
