Release 12 version, Customer Data Librarian or Customers Online Responsibility, Error occurs when creating Customers or updating data
ERROR

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate via Oracle Customer Data Librarian Superuser Responsibility.
2. Choose the Create a customer tab.
