Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When trying to add an attachment to the approved award using 'update without modification' option, there is no 'add attachment' button available on update award page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected, 'add attachment' button should be available on update award page and users should be able to add attachments to the award.
STEPS
1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing Super User responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Awards.
2. Search and select and approved award, select 'Update Without Modification' and click on Go.
3. Update Award page shows, Attachments region without 'Add Attachment' button.
