EBS Cloud Manager Discovery Errors for Apps and DB tier : The instance name of the primary application tier node must be <env name>app01 (Doc ID 2890496.1)

Symptoms

Implement EBS Cloud Manager (EBSCM) and submit discovery request which failed for below validations:
- Environment Name Valid?
- Application Tier Node Names
- Database Tier Node Name
- Database Tier Block Volume Configuration Valid?

Below compliance status are shown as failed on the EBSCM Discovery Request screen.
Discovery Request > Compliance > Click on View Discovery Report

STEPS
--------

1. Connect to EBS Cloud Manager.
2. Try to discover the EBS instance in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI).
3. Click the Navigator icon, select Administration, and then select Discovery.
4. Select EBS Compartment
5. Click Submit Discovery Request and enter the instance details to be discovered as below:
    a. Name
    b. EBS Compartment
    c. Network Profile
    d. DB Node IP Address
    e. DB Context File
    f. DB Node Stage Directory
    g. APPS Password
6. Click Submit and view report once discovery is complete
