Lot Based Job Move Transaction Error You Can Only Move/Complete/Return Only One Serial Assembly Per Record. (Doc ID 2891697.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 12.1.3, user is not able to perform the Lot Based Job move
transactions for old wip jobs created from 12.1.3

They are facing the below error

You can only move/complete/return only one serial assembly per record.

However, when a new Lot Based Job is being created after 12.2.10 they can process multiple serial
numbers without any issue.
