Workflow Mailer is Not Able to Start after JavaMail API Upgraded to 1.6.2 Version and Gives Error "Unable to connect to the mail account. Check the host, user name, password and connection security"


ERROR

Unable to connect to the mail account. Check the host, user name, password and connection security.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the Workflow Mailer.
2. Monitor the Workflow Mailer in Workflow Manager from OAM
3. Workflow Mailer goes down immediately

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user's unable to receive workflow emails causing delay in approvals.
